You can use this webpage to submit HP Special Pricing requests for HP Computing and/or Printing products. A request should always be linked to a specific professional end user. You can only submit a request for professional end users located in Belgium or Luxembourg.

Please specify below which product(s) this request relates to. You can only request quotes on products listed in HP Essentials. So please check HP Essentials first before requesting a quote: www.hpessentials.be. You can only request special pricing for Commercial Computing & Printing products (Hardware, Peripherals, Care Packs, etc.), not for Consumer products or Supplies. Special pricing requests are subject to a minimum order amount of €3,000 for Computing products, €500 for Printing products and €250 for Poly products. Requests for Computing and Printing products can be combined in a single quote. You are responsible for checking the compatibility of the products in your price request. You can view the current product lists for Computing and Printing on hpessentials.be.

Top Config

If you would like to receive special pricing for Top Config (a custom configuration), please upload the official Top Config Excel file below. You will receive this file on completing the Top Config process. If you want to upload multiple Top Configs, please split them into separate files, with one tab per configuration. You can create a Top Config on the website of one of our official distributors.
